Mayrig Recipe #4: Fishnah Kebab!

Happy Hump Day FitNuts,

I’m back in Abu Dhabi and ready to get my hands dirty in the kitchen with all of Mayrig’s amazing recipes.

So far, Aline, co-founder of Mayrig and our recipe developer, has given us some delicious light and easy to prepare Armenian vegetarian dishes to try such as the Vaspov (lentil) salad, Itch – the Armenian Tabbouleh-, and the Vaspov Keufteh (lentil kebab). Today, however, Aline will be satisfying the meat eaters with my favorite Armenian dish, the Fishnah Kebab, delicious beef and lamb kebabs covered in the tastiest sour cherry sauce i.e. Fishnah sauce.
