I hope you are all having a wonderfully active summer!
To keep us motivated, Sara Al Sayegh will be sharing with us, once a week for the next month, short but sweet holiday workouts or #SummerWOWs we can do anywhere, anytime. No equipment required! All you need is a little space and a towel cause I guarantee this will get you sweating!
Without further ado, here’s your first #SummerWOW, a 20 minute AMRAP (Complete “As Many Reps as Possible” in 20 minutes) Circuit. It includes 5 moves with the first being your “spoke” move – i.e. the move you come back to after each exercise. Make sure you click on each exercise for a video demonstration 🙂
Spoke move: 4 high knees + 1 burpee
- Beginner: 6 reps
- Intermediate: 8 reps
- Advance: 10 reps

Exercise 2: 10 Twisting Jump Squats

Exercise 3: 10 Crawl to push-up
Spoke Move
Exercise 4: 12 Skater (6 each side)
Repeat the circuit as many times as you can in 20 minutes.
