I’m one of those people who sign up for every newsletter out there so I get a ton of articles in my inbox everyday. It’s so overwhelming! but then I always find interesting articles that I want to share with everyone. I usually post them on twitter but just like any other social media feed, it doesn’t stay up there for too long.

Easy Peasy #Whole30 Approved Recipes

If you follow me on social media then you know i’m venturing out on the Whole30 diet. While the recipes from the original book are DELICIOUS, some take a little longer to prep or require ingredients I don’t have / forgot to pick up. So my go to lunches and dinners have been a combination of canned fish and creamy avocado flavored with whatever condiments I’m in the mood for that day wrapped in some sort of green. Here are a couple of recipes for inspiration:

Snack time!

I love snacking. Usually I’ll bake some healthy snacks for the week but I don’t always have the time, and sometimes I’ll just opt for something not so healthy because Im stuck on ideas. That’s why I think this guide is a keeper for snack attacks!

I just signed up for the Dubai Raw Food Chef Training Level 1 in May and I cannot wait!!
