I love oatmeal! And while it is hard to get bored with oatmeal with the many different flavors and toppings we can use, it is always nice to change-up your breakfast. With the same ingredients, you can have oatmeal in a completely different way.
Here’s what you’ll need to make my favorite baked oatmeal:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana mashed
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Maca powder (optional)
1) Set oven temperature to 200C
2) Combine all the ingredients and mix together. Pour the mixture in a small ramekin
3) Top oatmeal with the remaining half of the banana (optional)
4) Let the oatmeal bake for 15 to 20 min.
Take out from the oven and top it with more fruits, seeds or nuts of choice.
