What an eventful weekend we just had in Abu Dhabi! With Daman ActiveLife’s Electric Run, #theADmovement x Guavapass Community run at the Eastern Mangroves Hotel and the Fatima bint Mubarak Sports Academy’s ShowJumping cup, there was enough to keep us all busy and active (not to mention all the non-fitnut related events phew). While I feel I need another couple of days to fully recover, the season is in full swing and I’ve got a lot more to share with you this week. So without further ado, my top picks for the week – and they don’t only include events:

Get outdoors for a bench workout!

One piece of “equipment” I love to use is ….. a bench! There are benches everywhere and there’s so much you can do with one. So why not head out for a little walk, jog or bike ride and stop at a close by bench for some exercises.
