I’m back in the UAE after a month abroad and while I always look forward to traveling, it’s always good to be back!
With school and work starting, beating jet lag and just generally trying to get back in the swing of things, short but intense workouts are the way to go to guarantee getting a sweat session in.
Thankfully, Sara Al Sayegh is back with her third #SummerWoW workout for major inspiration. Just like here last two workout, which you can find here and here, today’s 20 minute AMRAP doesn’t require any equipment. All you need is a small space and you’re good to go.

This week’s AMRAP (Complete “As Many Reps as Possible” in 20 minutes) Circuit includes 6 moves with the first two being your “spoke” moves – i.e. the moves you come back to after each exercise. Click on the below links and Sara will explain everything in detail as well as demonstrate each move!
Spoke Move 1: Leap and Crawl
Spoke Move 2: Star Jump to Squat
- Beginner: 6 reps
- Intermediate: 8 reps
- Advance: 10 reps
Exercise 1: 10 Plank to Sprawl

Repeat the circuit as many times as you can in 20 minutes.
