I hope you are all having a wonderful week! Did you try Sara Al Sayegh‘s first #summerWOW workout posted last week? If not, that’s OK, you will have two great workouts to look forward to this week. Sara’s back with her second workout of the #summerWOW series and I am sure you’ll love it! Im loving this week’s moves!
Just like last week’s workout, you can do it anywhere, anytime. No equipment required! All you need is a little space and a towel to wipe up that sweat!
Without further ado, here’s your second #SummerWOW, a 20 minute AMRAP (Complete “As Many Reps as Possible” in 20 minutes) Circuit. It includes 5 moves with the first being your “spoke” move – i.e. the move you come back to after each exercise. Make sure you click on each exercise for a video demonstration ?
Spoke move: 1 squat jump + crawl
- Beginner: 8 reps
- Intermediate: 10 reps
- Advance: 12 reps
Exercise 1: 20 Curtsy lunge + kick (10 on each leg)
Spoke Move
Exercise 2: 12 pike + ankle tap (6 on each side)
Spoke Move
Exercise 3: 20 runner lunge jumps (10 on each leg)
Spoke Move
Exercise 4: 5 x 4 mountain climbers +2 kickbacks
Spoke Move
Repeat the circuit as many times as you can in 20 minutes
