Easy Raw Blueberry Jam

Want to know how to make your own raw jam in just 15 minutes?

This recipe is gluten-free, refined sugar free and soy free, and best of all, its made in your kitchen.

All you’ll need are the following 3 ingredients (+water):

  1. 4 cups fresh blueberries (or berries of choice)
  2. 2 Tbsp honey or agave
  3. 2  Tbsp chia seeds
  4. 4 Tbsp water

Method:

  1. Combine the chia seeds with the water and let it settle for 10 minutes. Your chia seeds and water should turn into a gelish texture
  2. Blend honey and chia seed gel with the blueberries
  3. And that’s it 🙂

Lasts up to 2 weeks in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer.
